Before drawing anything, you must decide how many square metres serve which purpose. We analyse your headcount, your ways of working and your constraints to produce an area programme: desks, meeting rooms, focus areas, reception, washrooms and circulation.
What space planning delivers
A programming report with the ratios retained, a layout plan tested in several scenarios, an area estimate per function and a technical feasibility check covering power, HVAC, drainage and structure.
How many desks for how many people
In hybrid mode, allow 0.6 to 0.8 desks per person, complemented by shared areas. Remote work concerns 34.8% of Belgian employees, so the ratio is based on actual attendance.
