- How do you refurbish offices while the building is occupied?
- We work zone by zone and in phases, never across the whole floor at once. Each phase is sealed with dust- and noise-tight hoardings. Neighbouring teams keep working and services stay live.
- Do you work evenings or weekends?
- Yes, when disturbance requires it. Noisy operations are scheduled out of hours, at weekends or during holidays; quiet trades run during the day.
- Does the building have to close during the works?
- No, except for a short period in one area. On the projects we delivered, no team was ever stood down.
