Walloon Brabant and the Leuven area host science parks, university spin-offs and the headquarters of international groups. We delivered the China Belgium Technology Center in Louvain-la-Neuve, Cofinimmo in Waterloo, Audaxis in Braine-l'Alleud, Nyxoah in Mont-Saint-Guibert, Werner & Mertz in Nivelles and Acco in Leuven.
Science parks and fast-growing companies
These areas host young companies that double their headcount in two years. The fit-out must absorb that growth: modular furniture, movable partitions and technical reserves.
