Ghent combines a university and biotech fabric, a new business district around The Loop and a historic centre where offices are often conversions. We work there in design and build, with particular attention to acoustics in open floors and to reconfigurability.
What makes Ghent projects specific
Many fast-growing companies born from university research need reconfigurable spaces. The Loop offers recent, certified buildings; the centre imposes heritage constraints.
Our approach in Ghent
We design floors that absorb growth: modular furniture, demountable partitions and technical reserves.
